In fact, Web references, including Brett talks about using salt, Treatment (and prevention). So far no data, to prevent salt infection. The best disease prevention to maintain good water quality, and isolation of new arrivals, to avoid overcrowding, to avoid overfeeding. If you are successful with these four items, you should not have any diseases.
