Good way to peel an bubble-tip anemone off the rock

Since I do not have 3rd tank to put it in, even temporarly,
I have to find a person who wants it first, and then when
we meet, we will try to move it out from my tank to some
plastic bag for transport :-) I will try your method then.

I have some macro algae growing in the sump (chaeto)
but the sump is just a simple 10 gallon tank, so the anemone
put there would be quickly grinded by the QuietOne 3000
return pump...

I have a BakPak refugium/skimmer combo.
Needs about 8" behind the tank.
Works well, and gives me a good temporary place for things.

My tank stands next to the wall with less than 4" clearance...

In terms of preparation an anemone for future sale I am not sure
if refugium changes anything here - nothing stops an anemone
to move from this small rock to a refugium wall corner and you
will be still not able to take it out easily when the buyed visits you.

Can you try selling it to a fish store? Maybe they'll at least give
you store credit.

Try to put a small stone next to the powerhead and then targeting its
Opposite. It should get rid of water.

I've had luck affective a few anemones by pointing a powerehead appropriate at them for a few canicule to agitated them. Sometimes that is abundant for them to alleviate up abundant to be cautiously pried off the rock. If that doesn't work, yield some ice and authority it to the bottom of the anemone for a few minutes.

Its purpose is the opposite of the pump head. Should stay away from water. When it is a small rock, including the purchase.
