New tank setup- Rocks or bricks - fish hideout ideas needed for my new tank

What have you tired?

One of my local LFS had several decorations made up of light color brick
chunks, some with smaller pieces to elevate them, and all had plastic
plants put on with epoxy. They ran about $15-$22 each.
