I'm attempting to breed Sailfin tetra, Crenuchus sp, and I think I may
have had them spawn once, but I never got any fry. I'd be interested in hearing any experiences other people have had with spawning this tetra. Even accounts of failed attempts are helpful. |

All info I've found (and seen myself during my breeding attempts) suggest sailfins live like dwarf cichlids, ie they're territorial cave spawners, with the male guarding the eggs... |
