Concerning the dechlor,
imho, i gave up on the stuff ages ago. All I do now is 24-48 hours before
water chance I let the water stand in a large rubbermaid container with a
bubbler going full ball. I've had absolutely no hassles whatsoever using
this method. Dechlor, like 'cycle' is a complete waste of money, marketing
hype at it's best!

You're absolutely right, however space doesn't really allow me to have
a big rubbermaid container (or platic garbage can as some people use).

If I did make some space, I have some issues with my cat, which likes
to clean it's self using whatever water is available. In the mornings,
I have to empty the dog's water dish and flush both toilet bowls
because they will be full of litter - he cleans his paws in them!

I use NovAqua from Big Al's for $28/gal

Wow I never noticed how out of what Big Al's prices are on their
Canadian site v.s. US site. This stuff sells for $86.99 CDN, whereas
if I bought it in USD, it would only be $37 CDN!

Anyway, if I buy from the US site, $37 plus another $7 or so for
shipping is a great deal on a gallon. Thanks for the tip!

lol no, I have a SPCA cat, a 9lb grey and white stupid cat.

My dog is half doberman half beagle. She's from the SPCA too. What can
I say, I'm a sucker for shelter pets!

Soo... you ready to 'rent' a room out? I can add me and my wife to
the group big evil grin...

Just kidding... don't want you to lose your access to the usnet
groups... without you and Netmax around, us newbies would be totally
lost!

I can't even count how many messages from you two that are marked as
'keep' because the information is soo good and worth re-reading from
time to time.

I was very saddened by what happened to your friend and her family and
truly am glad that the 'worst' part is over... now comes the long,
very slow, grief period. At least they no longer have to 'face' that
child and know that there is no hope. He is now with whatever god he
and his family believe in, or, if a non-believer then at least no
longer has to feel pain that he couldn't even understand.

Bless you all and Peace as soon as you can accept it.

*blushing* Trust me, if it weren't for NetMax, JimBrown, LeighMo,
TomBarr, Chuck, TYNK7, well, and SO-SO-S-O-O-O-O-O-O-O-O many more before
me, I would have given up long ago... My thanks goes to every person in
this group, for their continued support, outpouring of support, and prayers,
even when OT....

your faith, even if different, can root you in a garden, so diverse, the
colors, shapes and sizes will overcome you, bringing a tear to all of our
eyes at the same time...
