I had a few green sunfish, which are local, but they don't have longear sunfish in my area (Salt Lake City, UT). I've always thought longear sunfish would be really cool! Jonathan ive got one that i caught as a baby in a minnow trap that i catch food for my snapping turtle. that was a year ago. the turtle wont eat it! ive had another "pet" for the past year. i guess the turtle would rather be in the tank with my cichlids that he stares at all day. i guess they look like they taste better. the sunfish is pretty cool tho. has as much personality as my cichlids. |
