Default Alternative foods for goldfish

Other than store purchased foods, what other foods can be fed to goldfish?
From what I've researched on the web I've heard of the following:
* peas (tried this and the fish love it)
* carrots (tried this also and the fish won't touch it)
* lettuce (tried and the fish didn't touch it)
* broccoli
* eggs
* spinach
* any fresh green vegetable
* worms (preferably from a live bait shop - they would be cleaner)
* coctail shrimp

What about food like lunch meat, cooked chicken, or tuna?

Thanks,
E.Otter
