What to feed fat goldfish? Needs to lose weight

Can anybody suggest a low fat diet for a 4" lionhead goldfish? My fish
is a bit too fat, IMO, and having swimming problems.

Frozen peas, which have been thawed and skinned.

lionheads are supposed to be round and rotund. lowfat diets are not good for GF.
they cannot digest carbohydrates very well at all, they need protein and fat. just
feed less of high quality diet, one or two pellets twice a day.

swimming problems are more likely water quality. do 50% water changes for 5 days,
add 1 teaspoon salt per 5 gallons, no additives, dissolve first, add slowly. and
then see if he is booking around again.
