Default Are these tubes OK?

I'm fish-sitting a mate's aquarium and using it to get all the cycling media
ready for my own new tank which arrives in a few days. The new one is 48" x
18" x 22" (US 75 gal), has 3 tubes. I aspire to it being a quite densely
planted tank. Here is what the guy in the shop sold me for lighting:

1 x 36w standard white tube
1 x 36w Super Daylight 100% Actinic 03 Blue tube
1 x 36w High Intensity 10,000K High-Intensity Purified Super Daylight tube

I could change them when I pick up the tank in a few days. Any suggestions
much appreciated.

Unless these are T5 tubes I'd say that was not enough. 22" is a deep tank.
My tank is 24" of glass (so about 19-20" of water) & I've got 4x40W tubes on
it - all Hagens - 2 Lifeglos, an AquaGlo & a PowerGlo

I.

Replace the actnic (sp?) tube because it is for corals. Just make sure
it is full spectrum.
