Has anyone had any experience with the Eheim wet/dry + heater canisters?

Will I be able to feed CO2 from a pressurized CO2 tanks with it?

Should I get a wet/dry filter at all? or just the canister filter?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks :*)

I should have thought that a wet dry wouldn't be that good for using with
CO2 - it would force the CO2 back out the water.

actually, having a wet/dry with CO2 is redundant or a mismatch. The purpose
of CO2 and lots of lights and lots of plants is to 'skip' the bio process,
i.e., you don't need the wet / dry. I have a ehiem wet dry. I believe that
if you run a CO2 into it, it will probable get an air bubble stuck in the
propeller causing it to stop. I have fixed my prop twice over the years, $75
a pop with shipping and all.

Someone correct me if I am wrong here, I would waste money on a wet/dry if
you are going to go with CO2. Get a very robust cannister at best. I ran my
CO2 into a Fluval for awhile but it cavitated, so now I run it into a
powerhead. I am shopping for reactors and diffusers, which I believe will be
the ultimate best choice.
