Black Moor with white spots (kinda)

I have two Moors, one is much bigger than the other
(I'm assuming the big one is female and smaller male).

Now the small one has just showed signs of a patterned
(consistent along the edge)
white spot on the very front (front edge) of it's
pectrol fins (or pelvic - the front ones) - does this
mean he is ready to fertilise any eggs the female
lays, or is this cause for concern?

He does have a few (very few) white dots by his gils (at the front
part).

Water was changed (and gravel cleaned) about 2 days ago,
female Moor looks normal.

The male does look happy and healthy, dorsal fin is up and
he is eating and pooping normally.

Any advice would be welcomed as I've never seen this before.

The little white spots on his pectoral fins and his cheeks are breeding
tubercles. They just mean that he has reached sexual maturity so nothing to
worry about!

I thought so, was just being a bit paranoid. I did some
research myself and thought I would double check on here.

I'm very paranoid when it comes to something I am unsure
of with my two fish - I love the little pooh-ers
