Why doesn't the SPCA do something?

Because our children watch some TV doesn't mean they live in front of it.
We visit the zoo, pet shops & many, many other places. I don't, however,
take my kids to the local aquarium. I'm not paying my hard earned $$$ for
kids to see Belugas and Orcas kept in the whale sized equivalent of goldfish
bowls. Worse even... the whales have to do tricks.

and lets not forget the local fairs that let you win a goldfish by tossing a
ping pong ball in a bowl. too many people end up with a fish not knowing what
they got themselves into..
