true. fish cannot digest complex carbohydrates, fats or proteins. it goes in one
end, comes out the other and fouls the tank. too much of this food just constipates

geared for digesting overly rich protein foods, you may find some of them
suffering from health probs at a later stage, stick to the store food, thats
