Default coral--easy or not

hello all, i was at the lfs on sunday & they had a pagoda coral, the
help there said it was a easy coral to keep --it looked good in the
store but i was hoping if anyone had any info on this one to share it ,
Im a newbie & right now i only have mushrooms, a few feather dusters,
star polyps.

pagoda...if that is a plate coral they say they are easy in most readings
but they dont last long. 3-6 months tops i think, unless in a very large
system with carfeul target feeding

I have a pagoda cup coral in my 29 reef and its doing great, had it about 3
months and its grown some in that time adding on about 30 or so new polyps
around the outer edge. its now about 6" and IMO thriving.
