Default cutting leather coral

There is a possibility your skimmer will go nuts from the glue in your

water, so
keep an eye on it for the next few hours, to make sure it doesn't overflow

and
waste tankwater you need.

Does the skim from the protein skimmer contain salts from the tank water?
Just wondering if when topping off the tank with pure water I need to take
in to account the waste the skimmer has produced.

Thanks!

Regards,

Dave.
