Default Ammonia

I tested my bro-in-law's pond yesterday, and he had a few parts per million
in his pond. I recommended he toss some dechlor in, and potentially change
some water. But then I got to thinking...I know we want 0 ammonia, but how
much is really tolerable?

BV.
