What's the white lump on Big Bob's fin ?

Absolutely, it is probably a fungal infection. I use Tank Buddies Fungus
Clear; but there are allot of things on the market.
I would isolate the fish to a sick tank and put him through several fungal
treatments (two with Tank Buddies). I would treat the main tank once if the
other fish show no signs of infection. Get some fresh water salt and add
about 1 tsp per gallon. This will also help get rid of the fungus and
strengthen the fishes immune system.
