Should I move my Rose anenome?

I have a Rose anenome that disappeared for a couple of weeks in the
rocks, only to appear near one of the main pump outflows in the tank
(150 gallon reef with about 2500 gallon/hr flow through two outputs
into tank). Its tips are being buffeted fairly strongly by the water,
but it does appear that it can move if it wanted down into the tank to
avoid this. should I just leave it be, or try to retrieve it.

As long as it is not in danger to be sucked into the pumps intake
I would leave it alone and be happy anemone picked his place.
Anemone can walk on its own, so if it stays there, it must be good for it.

How long has it been there?

IME, you're better off leving them alone unless their life is in danger.

It has been near the outflow port about 3-4 days.

In all sources they say if anemone does not wander about the tank
it means this animal is happy. It usually walks looking for a better spot.
I would leave it alone and be happy that your anemone is happy... :-)
