Ok my turn yo chime in.
After the **** I took on the phone from these A holes I was trying to be nice and save them some money. But now after I see how they operate and treat customers. At this point I am out 10 bucks. I have 4 of those disco lights from them that E-bay for 6 bucks. I can re E-bay them for 4 bucks each and come out ahead of the game 6 bucks. I can send them back paying 6 bucks for shipping and if they screw me I am out 16 bucks. Yeah this is a easy desision. I can get my hose at home depot. Brian "Todd Nicholson" wrote in message nk.net... Because mistakes are made and it's the right thing to do. -Todd "Robert Cadieux" wrote in message ... HMMM? Why ? Not too sure what your point is, but mine was you don't need to feel obliged to spend your time and money (shipping) to correct someone elses mistake. If they had taken the trouble double checking their order, he would not be in this situation. In my situation, I was asked to repackage it, pay for shipping and once thay received it, they would reimburse me the exact same amount I had spent on shipping as a renewal credit. Why would I do that ? Robert "j" wrote in message ... !?!?!? poof! You have all witnessed the last bit of French self-respect vanishing right before your eyes! Robert Cadieux wrote: From what I remember, anything that is mailed to you without your consent is yours to keep. I was accidently sent a modem from my internet company a few months ago. It was supposed to go to another customer. They noticed their mistake and tried to intimidate me into mailing it back to them. I stood my ground and got to keep the modem. Robert "BriMc" wrote in message ... The thing that ****es me off the most is that now I have to waste time out of my day because of their screw up and mail that product back to them (paying for it out of my pocket and they will/may refund). And I still have to wait until they process it before I get my correct product. Maybe I should just E-bay the disco lights and be ahead of the game. Hmmmm "WayneSallee.com" wrote in message ... The Better Business Bureau is a joke. They don't do anything but play carrier, becaue they don't want to loose that money that their members pay them. The BBB is nothing but a front. They may have been something at one time, but they are nothing good now. Wayne Sallee In article , "razingkane" writes: you can also contact the Better Business Bureau |
