Of course i made sure the floor can handle it!!!!!
Single story brick home on a huge concrete slab.......im not stupid to put the tank on a wooden floor...im sure the house itself weighs ALOT more than the tank..... "Donald K" wrote in message ... Starfish wrote: Hi guys! I finally got my new tank. It measures 72x24x28 and holds 750L.....The second i put the fish in they were soo happy and exploring every corner of the tank!!! It was really hard to get the tank in....it was sitting on my parents friends truck for 2 days before we could get it off...4 really strong men to get it off the truck into my room......damn it was heavy!!!!! Uh... Have you evaluated if the floor will support it when it is filled with water??? That's like 1500lbs of water... -Donald -- "One ought, every day at least, to hear a little song, read a good poem, see a fine picture, and, if it were possible, to speak a few reasonable words." - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe |
