Someone will buy it eventually, most folks will go elsewhere.
I got mine in the LFS for 40 or 45$us.
I did find, after shopping for tubing at the local hardware
haunts, none of the tubing I found is as good a quality as the
Python tubing. It's supple (flexy? soft? wiggly?) and very
resistant to kinking. I can't speak for the faucet pump fitting,
I don't use it.

I have never paid more than $25 in an LFS for a Python. Given what
others have paid, I find your $72 price quote very hard to believe in
the first place.

Check ot Pet Smart perhaps they are cheaper elsewhere.
