Ok, so it first started with one Aipitasia. I thought I killed it with
strong Kalk because it melted away into nothing. Then it came back a few days later. In the same spot. Now I have three in the reef tank. I have applied pure kalk powder to all three via a wet Q-tip and they melt into nothingness only to reappear in a few days. I can't locate a needle syringe to inject them. I even tried sticking them with a thin copper wire ( read this solution on a news group ) and that was almost useless. I tried to find some Berghia Nudibranchs ( they eat Aipitasia ) on-line, but couldn't find any source that has them in stock. I guess I should try peppermint shrimps. Anyone have a proven answer to get rid of these pests? Does injecting work? If so, where do you get the needle? Will peppermint shrimps work? Help? |
