Default Help-sick clown

I have had a pair of ocellaris clowns in a 29 gallon for about a week. The
tank was cycled and ammonia and nitrites were 0, nitrates less than 5 ppm.
Yesterday I got rid of the UGF with the large gravel-sized crushed coral
and added some sand. (I still have a Biowheel and I added a CPR bakpak at
the same time, transferring some of the UGF gravel to the CPR media
compartment.) Unfortunately, due to external events I was in a hurry and
got the tank pretty cloudy with the sand. This morning, one of the clowns
is a cloudy white color over the rear half of his body and his swimming is
listless, almost like he can't use his tail very much. Any idea what this
could be and if it was brought on by the cloudy tank?

Tank also has a few pounds of live rock and 1 peppermint shrimp.

Thanks,
Clay
