Default overrun by brown algae

My tank has been overrun by brown algae. i'm not sure what kind of algae is
it. but it produces air bubbles on the surface of it. also my turbo snails
eat all green algae except for the brownies. and my green algae growth is
under control.

may i know what causes this brown algae growth. is it too must of certain
thing in my water properties?

pls help.
