Default YELLOW TANG???

Last week, my yellow tang that I`ve had for about 4 years, suddenly
appeared sick and I thought for sure was going to die. At one point I
thought he was dead! First he went to the top of the tank and just kept
crashing head first into the top like he was trying to get out, and I
mean really hard! Then he went to the bottom and was barely making it
all day, swimming on his side, upside down, getting stuck in coral, and
laying on his side. When he did move, he seemed very disorientated! I
watched him as long as I could that day/night, and in the morning I
truly expected him to be dead, but he was still alive and seemed to be a
little better. By the end of the day he was much better, and by the next
day he was 100% fine?? It`s been a little over a week now and he is
fine, like it never happened?? Any thoughts?? Checked the water,
everything appears normal, maybe he had the flu?? A friend said it`s
probably a female!!
