Default CUKE NUKE - I think saved my tank

Mine didn't even get caught in the intake. It was actually on the back
glass very close to the intake.

I beleive the mere suction of the intake freaked it out and it
released its guts.

When I took the cuke out of the tank it was still alive. It is in a
quarantine tank, the day after i woke up it had dropped more of its
guts in the quarantine tank.

Exactly, just don't blame the cuke if you have a tank wipe out, blame
yourself.

Ahhh.... I would blame it on mother nature that give us the ability to see
beauty.

From now on, to anyone that have cucumber / slug / snail or whatever ... use
some kind of safety measure for anything that would go into or get into any
intake. Surround any intake with grille / mesh or separate with something
that can get in or get suck in.
