Default Output adapter for skimmers/filters

A while ago I stumbled upon a web site selling some kind of adapter that would
allow a tube to be connected to a skimmer or filter with a cascading water
output, but I can't seem to find it again. Has anybody seen something like
that? I can't remember if it was designed for a specific skimmer or filter, or
if it was a generic device.
