Default new to group, replacing my 65 w/75 All-Glass or Oceanic?

Hi,

I am new to this group, but not new to reefs or marine aquarium. I am
seeking advice on a couple of things related to a new tank set up I am
planning.

I am going to sound inexperienced because I have been busy with work and
children over the past couple of years and doing minimal maintenance on
my 65 gallon (NO lighting, low light corals, live rock and a few fish)
and not much reading so I have forgotten lots.

During the past couple of months, I have been reading as much as I have
time for as I prepare to replace my 65 gallon with a 75 gallon.

Here are my plans (and questions) so far:

1) 75 reef ready gallon tank: either a new RR All-Glass OR a used RR
Oceanic (both will cost me the same,

so *the QUESTION is* whether the Oceanic is worth the hassle of
cleaning, not knowing how old it is, etc versus a brand new clean tank.
Plus, I like to paint the backside in my own way and the Oceanic is
painted black.

2) 20 gallon(long) sump with three chambers, one for skimmer, one for
refugium, one for return (I found a simple design on the net, that I
feel capable of building myself)

3) PC lighting -- already purchased from HelloLights

I already have lots of Maxi-Jets, a CPR Bak Pak II that I may continue
to use at least temporarily either on the sump, or hang on tank until I
can afford new skimmer.

I would really like to make the tank decision in a couple of days --
have spent far too much time thinking and researching tank brands on the
net. Please offer your opinions! Thanks very much
