what to feed baby turtles??
i just got two baby RES turles only a few weeks old and about the size
of a fifty cent piece, what do i feed them?? i have one smaller turtle year old and a bigger turtle i have had for couple years now, they are doing fine and i feed them mealworms, shrimp, snails from the garden and they eat the koi food but what do i feed the baby's??

Babies RES need more protein than the
adults do so I'd feed them the same stuff, you might have to chop the snails a bit or find small ones. Also worms, snails, crickets, cooked chicken. Collard and mustard greens for veggies, carrots, apples, strawberries for veggies. kathy :-) www.blogfromthebog.com new entry - herons
