For what it's worth asking:

Is it correct to assume that a higher wattage (in regards to ballast) can
fire a lower wattage (in regards to a bulb) lamp? I have been running lower
wattage bulbs on higher wattage ballasts for a few years and was just
wondering if anyone has performed a study on the results or damage of the
ballast.

TIA,

YRT

Yet you are not Lisa. And you *are* the troll so you don't actually want any
real input. Just attention.

It's funny....over the last couple days, no one has wanted to play with him
so he has actually made a couple of useful, informative posts. I knew he had
it in him.

Sure I do, if you are willing to give it. I am always anxious to hear what
our King Marc has to say about a subject even if it is in the form of a
complaint. Seems you are all over the newsgroups.
