Default Just Starting

Thank you in advance for reading this. I have had a 20g freshwater tank for
years. When I moved I gave all of my fish to my friend. I am now going to
set up a sal****er tank. Here is water I was thinking. Any and all comments
will be appreciated.
20 gallon tank
Whisper Power Filter
Tronic 100 Watt Heater
I need a new light. What other equipment will I need to get started. I want
a fish only tank. For the fish this is what I had in mind
3 Scarlet Hermit Crabs
3 Peppermint Shrimp
2 Blue Reef Chromis
1 Clarkii Clown

Is this to many fish to put into this size of tank.

Again, thanks for your help and comments,
Kent
