Default my new tank

Hi all, I have got a new tank it is an established tank so I don't have
to worry about the new tank syndrome stuff. Ok, what I have is a 20 Gal.
tank it has one unknown fish about 2.5-3" mid level swimming, 1 unknown
about 2" mid level swimming, 3 glowlight tetras(thinking of 2 or three
more). Ok now my question. I want to add some top level fish say maybe 4
or 5 hatchet fish. Also I would like maybe a couple of Skunk botia YoYo
Loaches 2-3 as they are bottom level fish, as I also have snails (I
don't mind the snails as they clean algae and look kind of cool). Would
this be too many? If not how much food should i give them and
recommended types and brands wood be cool. I am some what new to the
hobby, my father at one point had about 12 or so 20 gal tanks running.
some were for guppy breading to feed to other fish. he also had a shrimp
farm for food. all cool. this is my first tank and I am excited about
it. I already have plans for adding 2 more.

NOTE: I apoligise for my somewhat rambling it is almost 03:00 and I have
had a couple or three to drink, I work nights so 3 is not too late about
24:00 to most people anyway I have posted in this group already "snails"
and "Building aquarium in old PC case" incase anybody would like to
responded in this post. You all have a good night or good morning by the
time you read this. you will probably hear alot of me in here.

Thank you all, Later

It would be good if you could look at a fish book or post pictures of
the fish that are in your tank first. GRADUALLY adding 2 more
glowlights, 4 hatchets, and 2 skunk or yoyo botias would be a reasonable
amount of fish IF the unknown 2" and 3" fish stay that size. Remember
that even if your tank is established, suddenly more than doubling the
fish load will likely create an ammonia spike. BTW, hatchets are
amazing jumpers os make sure your tank cover has no holes.
