Recently Fantastic Derek posted that he bought some FW Spotted Puffers

their other halves or if indeed they do so....

Recently, we were in PetSmart to get some AmQuel and my SO fell in love
with a silly little ryukin. So... a ryukin is now in the outdoor tank
that I swore I'd fill with killies rather than goldfish. LOL. He had a
betta all picked out too, but I had nowhere to put it and didn't want to
keep one in a jar.

My main tank 90g has 5 Angles, and other comunity types becaue my wife likes
them. It's not that I don't, but thought that would have made a nice African
tank. But at least the Oscar get's the 60g

Believe me, if your SO isn't jealous of the fish, you've got a good thing
going. Their desire to be involved in your endeavors is a blessing.

haha, yeah mine got a little jealous about my fish the other day! It
was pretty funny. I think he thinks I love the fish more than him, but
it's only because I'm afraid it will die if I don't monitor it every
hour...

I think mine feels that way from time to time in spite of the Neon
indulgence but then all of a sudden he suprises me. His current
suggestion is that I set him up a tank in the new offices he's just
moved into....not sure that our ideas of scale quite match - here's me
thinking well I could upgrade the 4 foot Community to a 5/6 foot and let
him have the existing 4 foot he,he - hmmm don't think I'll get away with
it though :-(

Guppies, and they're bloody well breeding exponentially, had a nice 170g
tank which was just _nicely_ stocked, now they're at it like there's no
tomorrow.

Oh and before you ask why don't I just have females, she gets upset if I
talk about getting rid of some of them.

Anyone got any nice big oscars that want a holiday in france?

I love this thread!

I used to have to keep a goldfish for my kids. Thankfully the kids grew up
and the goldfish died!
