Default sump for 33g

keeping it super simple without rebuilding my stand, I can fit a 10g tank
under my display 33g tank, I'm just wondering if it's worth the hassle
inventing a sump setup for it. I'm leaning towards yes because my filter
right now is a fluval 304 which is sounding out to be bad news for my future
reef tank. Right now it's FOWLR, but I really like some of these corals and
other oddball things.

I've been reading a lot of sites and It looks like I could make a similar
situation to the sump marc levenson had on his 29g tank.... Just buy some
glass from a glass shop and tweak it up for the refugum and the bubble
catcher, there should be enough room for me to get a red sea prism skimmer
in there on the end of a 10g tank since there's no other place for it...I'm
just thinking of going for the sump so I can clear out my 33g since it's not
that big to begin with.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm going to build a little electrical circuit too so it's all inside my
stand. I'm one of the neat and tidy kinda guys.

Another thing too, since my power compact light has the 10000k and the
actinic, should I set the timer so one light turns on before the other in
the morning and turns off at night? or is it alright for both to come on and
turn off at the same time?

Thanks,
-ss
