Default Turning things to tanks.

I've seen a few people use old TVs/ Monitors/Computer Cases etc into fish
tanks. Could anyone tell me how is this done?

There is an article in the October 2003 issue of Aquarium Fish Magazine
regarding this. I would be happy to scan and e-mail you the article, or you
could just pick up the magazine at your local newsstand.
