Default Flourecent lighting Questions...

Hey Everyone,
I've been recently look over the spectrum information for the GE plant
and aquarium, and the GE chroma 50..
Now I have a question...why are GE plant and aquarium indicated for
growing plants, and GE chroma are not.
The chroma 50s give off a lot more blue and red, the only difference is
the Chroma 50s don't give off as much deep blue/violet as the PL& AQ's,
and they give off more green and yellow(Full spectrum)
I'm thinking about using 2 C50s and 2 PL & AQ's in my four foot
fixtures..
Would this be a good combo
As well, I wanted to know everyone's opinions, both for aquatic, and
non aquatic plants, are C50s good at growing them both?
