Research Diving - Australia
Am very much interested in research diving in Australia.
I am looking to get involved in preservation of the reefs, species analysis and generaly helping to mantain the beauty of the ocean and marine life. Does anyone know of where, who I could contact to find out more about this. Seniz

We call it the DPI (Department of Primaries Industries). They cover a whole
range of things. Here is a link that might get you started. http://www.dpie.gov.au/ We also have a section of the government called the Fisheries Department, but I believe it a subsection of the DPI. The science section is found at http://www.dpie.gov.au/content/outpu...C-11A1-B630006 0B0AA00004&contType=outputs and you should find many links to play with from here.
