Can i send a 3/4" ouput from a pump into 1/2" will the effect just be of
adding head to the system or is it really something not to do? |

If it's a centrifugal pump it won't mind - centrifugal pumps are themselves happy up to back pressures such that there is no flow through them. Some other pumps may be upset by increasing back-pressure above what they are intended for, but the pressure you'll be adding i sprobably low enough it won't be a big problem. regards, Ian SMith -- |\ /| no .sig |o o| |/ \| |
