Default Critter id please.. 100's of these all of a sudden

Hello

Ive got 100¹s of these things all of a sudden all over my glass on the tank

http://www.smudgeme.com/bug/index.html

If you look under a magnifying glass they have small black choppers and seem
to be mowing the glass!

Anyway, should I worry.. What eats them etc etc

Thanks in advance

Warren
