Default FS: Live rock/sand tank in Tampa

I have around 65lbs of Fiji live rock I need to get rid of. It is covered
in purple corraline, but has lots of aiptasia. I also have some live sand
(forgot how much....50-60lbs I guess???) and a 30gallon tall tank. I'm
thinking $125 for everything, but you have to pick it up!!! The rock really
is nice, but I've neglected it the last year and aiptasia took over. If
interested, email me directly at (take out the XX
when replying). I also have a PC retrokit with 2 older 55watt PC bulbs (10K
and actinic) and a Remora Protein Skimmer to get rid of.....was gonna ebay
them but if someone local wants that too, I'm happy to sell local. The
skimmer comes with a Maxijet 1200 head and the original RIO pump. $100 for
the skimmer and $75 for the lights/reflectors/ballast. Enjoy!!!
