Hi guys. Can I use this light to turn my 55 gal FOWLR tank to a reef tank?

The bulbs would not be suitable, so they would deed to be replaced.. so thats
$177 + $70 for a new bulb. +40 for shipping, = $13 for a box to put the balast
in =$300.. I know you can get a retro fit kit with an enclosed electronic
ballast for les than that with no work of putting the ballast together. An
older cap& coil ballast lik ethe ones that are selling are even cheaper yet (vs
electronic).
