Default Guppy Babies!

Holy moly!! I just got my 2 guppies yesterday and there's a baby in my
tank!!
Only 1 so far...
I have some pretty decent hiding spots.
Should I do anything special? Or let them fair it out?

Oooh! How exciting

It's exciting but even if you do nothing you'll end up with 50 guppies and
at that point they take over (like snails) and you won't know what to do
with them. It becomes a real problem. If you have other fish that like to
eat them then it's OK, but otherwise what are you going to do???

I had goldfish for a number of years when I was little, but no babies...

Guppies are apparently avid breeders, lol. If you live in FL (Tampa -
Orlando area) I'll give you some of mine, lol!! (If they survive infancy!)

Goldfish need a temperature rise to trigger breeding behaviour. Here in
edm.ab.ca goldifsh breed regularly in outdoor ponds every spring. be
careful though, goldfish can put out a LOT of fry.
