Default Leafy Seadragon

Anyone ever kept one of these things in a home aquarium? Is it even legal?
Are they endangered?

I saw some leafy seadragons (Phycodurus equus) at the Birch Aquarium in San
Diego, and was immediately jealous:

They look awesome.

Biggest problem is probably a requirement for live food, much like when
seahorses were new. That's a pain in the ass for a hobbyist, but as far as
I know there aren't any captive-bred seadragons. Or, for that matter, any
that have been trained to eat frozen food.

Anyway, just curious if any hobbyist reefkeepers have experience with
seadragons.
