Default Water Quality Report

Hi Group

I got the water quality report today and it has this to say...(cut & pasted
from the Word doc)

Mind you, you could replace "water quality" with 'rocket science' and i
wouldn't be any the wiser!!!

COMMENTARY ON WATER QUALITY

The water supplied to the zone is classified as being hard water, which is
river derived.

No fluoride is added to the water. Any fluoride that is there is naturally
occurring.

Samples taken in the period showed that the water complied in most respects
with the prescribed standards.

Total Hardness - mg Ca/l 9 0 0.00% 0
0.00% 59 86.3333 113

Hydrogen Ion (pH) 6.5 - 10 pH value 233 0 0.00% 0
0.00% 7.19

Nitrate 50 mg NO3/l 77 0
0.00% 0 0.00% 4.1053 17.3344 29.479

Nitrite - Consumer's Taps 0.5 mg/l NO2 77 1 1.30% 0
0.00% 0.0093 0.0279 0.82

Nitrite/ Nitrate formula 1 mg/l 77 0 0.00%
0 0.00% 0.58 0.5801 0.5901

There is loads more stuff on it but these seemed the most relevant.

It would help if you (1) included the column headings, and (2) removed
all the superfluous spaces added by word during the copy/paste.
That would not only make it easier to read, but we'd all know what those
different column entries referred to!

Can't really do it. It just comes out a jumbled mess when i C&P it!!

I'll wait till i get a sample kit and test the water in the tank, as it is,
rather than the tap water. Cheers tho'.

When you get your kit, it will still be handy to test your water out
of the tap so that you have a baseline.

Aye. Good point. I'll do that.

Won't be till early next week now tho'. I'm at work the weekend and the
last 3 days of the holiday are all fully booked with fun days out that will
probably cost me a packet!! So I ain't got the time, or the money, till

Stroll on payday (Tuesday)
