Water Leak from Headlamp Washers

Hi

Has any one experianced an problems with the Headlamp washers leaking.

I have an Alfa 156 (2004) 2.4jtd fitted with hadlamp washers and the
damn things continually leak. It has now been back to the dealer 5
times and each time it comes back they still leak?

If any one has experiance this before, have they manged to get it
resolved? If so how?
