I have a black ray shrimp goby which I love (Stonogobiops nematodes). I
plan on purchasing a Randall's pistol shrimp for this fellow (A. randalli). I am interested in this pairing because I think I would enjoy having the appropriate shrimp this watchman goby exclusively bonds with in the wild, and I have heard that S. nematodes is often reluctant to bond with any other species of pistol shrimp. I would like to hear some personal experience with this pistol shrimp and/or this watchman goby. I have heard from some sources that A. randalli is a particularly shy shrimp and I may not get to see it very often. Has anyone had experience with S. nematodes readily bonding with other, more visible pistol shrimp? |
