Default setting timing on the new lights

I like this forum. You guys have been very helpful and keep it interesting.

I just got my Outer Orbit lighting system by CurrentUSA. Awesome light by
the way. Anyway I've read a few opinions on timing the lights and wanted to
hear some "live" information and what's been working for others.

I've heard any thing from 6 hours to 12 hours. I've also heard blue lights
for an hour then kick on the halides for 6-8 hours then blue lights
(actinic) again for an hour then the moon lights/no lights.

What has been working for you guys?

Thanks.
