Default Gf and frogs

I have a 10 gallon tank with a goldfish, and I was wondering if it would
be okay to put an African Dwarf Frog in with it. According to my
research, these frogs don't use up any air because they swim up to the
top to breath, plus I have 2 air stones running, so even if it did use
up air, there would still be enough. Smaller ones get sucked up to the
filter, but if they are big enough, that shouldn't be a problem. There
may be some competition for food, but that's normal in nature.

I don't know. What do you think? I guess I could wing it.
