That is a lie. Only Derek has identified himself. Are you saying Gail
is also a moderator?

are explaining various issues that will require input during the RFD and
encouraging people to start thinking about them.


There were discussing way before. And it not a first.

It seems likely that Board members have nothing to add to what is stated on
their website.

I'd certainly like to see some pre-rfd discussion taking place
somewhere.

If you wish, you may see some on rec.ponds. I recommend the thread
entitled "Sadly Supporting Moderation" for a sense of the most recent views
and comments.



And why not all thread related to moderation. What are you afraid of
