What are small black insects flying over pond?

Yea, its crap like this they like to count in as to being pond and
fish topics in the so called high end moderated pond group......duh!
Simple **** for simple minds........Dogs birds and bugs and noisy
frogs, what a bunch of losers in the moderated pond group.........
Ta;lk about over inflated numbers that supposedly post to moderated
ponds.........guess they just try to substantiate their pityfull
existence anyhow they can...........
